RESERVATION, CONFIRMATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Know our policies of Reservations, Payments, Cancellations.
When quoting, customers can ask for reservations and we will verify again for available spaces
before sending you the
- 100% payment.
- Online payment by credit card.
To confirm the services, it is necessary to send:
- Passengers full name.
- Passengers passport number.
- Hotel of origin.
- Destination hotel.
Remember to update your watch and cell phone to Galapagos time (UTC -6).
Travel and accident insurance
It is the passenger's obligation to have travel insurance that covers their luggage and
well-being. We are NOT responsible for losses or damages caused during the trip.
Period before departure within which notice of cancellation is received by email.
20%: the confirmation deposit is not refundable.
50% is not refundable between 15 and 5 days before starting.
100% is not refundable between 4 days or less.
In a positive case of COVID, the same cancellation policies mentioned above will apply.
Change of Date or Route.
For the change of date or route you must do it at least 3 days in advance, after that period of
time it will not be
possible to make the change.
For groups larger than 8 people, the change of date, route or schedule must be done at least 10 days in advance, after that period of time it will not be possible to make the change. Refunds will not be made.
-Ferry are subject to modification due to: availability, weather conditions or major forces that
could affect passenger
